Robert Kszan
Owner and Lead Consultant at CRMsource Inc.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Robert Kszan, in his capacity as Owner and Lead Consultant at CRMsource Inc. [a Microsoft Certified Partner], has been involved in everything Microsoft CRM related [also know as Microsoft Customer Relationship Management and more recently as Microsoft Dynamics CRM] starting with the initial Alpha release of Microsoft CRM 1.0 five+ years ago. Originally heralding from the near Toronto, Canada and graduating from a top Engineering school there, Robert’s business is now headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Trained and certified as a Microsoft Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, as well as a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Robert is also one of the founding board members of the Bay Area .NET Users group [www.BayNetUG.org].
In these 5 years, Robert has since eaten, slept, and breathed Microsoft CRM based on the business-enabling and business-changing effects that are possible by thinking “outside-the-box” with Microsoft CRM. Robert has worked with companies great and small, and through a multitude of industries – Each with their own business needs and specific business process requirements. From very early on, Robert came to understand that Microsoft CRM would act not just act as a conduit for 360 degree views of customers as an integral Business Application, but as an Application Development Platform for the ready development of custom business-specific applications.
It is Robert’s role as a full-time Microsoft CRM consultant that allows him to interject real-world scenarios into his classroom training, than truly differentiates him. Actual customer scenarios, as well as approaches to design solutions – sometimes requiring “creative” solutions – are presented throughout Robert’s classes. Additionally, it has been indicated by previous students time-and-time-again that Robert’s enthusiastic and energetic classes keep students interested, focused and excited for the material. Robert’s approach is to personally encourage students to succeed and jumpstart their career in the innovative and exciting world of Microsoft CRM – Including a jumpstart on the upcoming release of Microsoft CRM 4.0.
Robert has also been the primary trainer providing Microsoft CRM Partner Readiness Bootcamp initially begun the fall of 2006 and has run over 10 hugely successful CRM Readiness Bootcamps in the last year. To date, over 150+ students have taken this high-intensity course, with over 90% of students passing all 3 of the Microsoft Certification exams with the help of Robert and the CRM Readiness Bootcamp training. More importantly, almost each and every student walks away not only with the full contingent of Microsoft CRM certifications, but also with real-world Microsoft CRM skills that they can immediate use to begin implementing Microsoft CRM projects to their companies & their clients. Robert was also chosen as the CRM Readiness Bootcamp training that was given to Microsoft’s own internal implementation team for their rollout of Microsoft CRM internally at Microsoft to their 70,000 employees.
